TECHSEM MTC70-12 power modules are 1200V, 40A devices in thyristor/thyristor topology. The control connectors Gate (G) and Auxiliary Cathode (K) are connected in sequences of G1/K1, G2/K2

In an international standard housing, the MTC70-12 is used in variuos applications such as AC/DC motor drives, rectifier devices, inverters and UPS.
