TECHSEM MTC135-12 (B type) power modules are 1200V, 135A devices in thyristor/thyristor topology. For B type modules the control connectors Gate (G) and Auxiliary Cathode (K) are connected in sequences of G1/K1, K2/G2

In an international standard housing, the MTC135-12 is used in variuos applications such as AC/DC motor drives, rectifier devices, inverters and UPS.
