The output currents cover from 20A to 2000A, while the reverse voltages from 600V to 6500V. TECHSEM new launched 2000A dual thyristor modules offer the highest power density. The main application fields for Techsem thyristor diode modules are motor drives, power supply, power conversion, machinery manufacturing, railway transportation, welding machines, renewable energy and many other industries. 

As the circuit topologies, TECHSEM IGBTs offer Power Integrated Modules (PIM), chopper, half-bridge, four-units, six-units, twelve-units, booster and single switching circuits. The current range is from 15A to 600A with the voltage levels of 650V/1200V/1700V. With own chip design house and 8" foundry fabrication plant, TECHSEM is providing a variety of IGBT modules optimised for the applications like Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), High-voltage Inverter, Uninterrupted Power Supply, Inverter Welding, Induction Heating etc.    

TECHSEM offers a variety of discrete semiconductors include thyristors, diodes and IGBTs. Both isolated and non-isolated discrete thyristors are available. The current range of these thyristors is from 24A to 90A. The voltage levels are 800V/1200V/1600V/1800V. In addition, ultrafast soft recovery diode with less than 90ns recovery time is available. This item is optimised for high frequency applications. 1200V IGBTs in TO-247 package are ideal for the low power applications like variable frequency drive (VFD) and uninterrupted power supply (UPS). The stud diodes with the voltage from 1000V to 5000V are applicable for high power rectifiers and other power supplies.    

With own metal processing plant, TECHSEM offers the air-cooled and water-cooled heatsinks optimised for power semiconductors. The air-cooled heatsinks with diverse profiles meet the needs of different application fields to the greatest extent, while the water-cooled heatsinks cover all high power applications with power modules or capsule devices. The standard power stacks from TECHSEM with various circuit topologies cover a wide range of power. Drawing on years of expertise, TECHSEM can provide not only the existing power stacks, but also customised solutions according to the customer requirements.  

A pulse thyristor is a special type of thyristor used to control high power current switching. Such devices are capable of handling high voltages and fast-rising currents. TECHSEM pulse thyristors can handle a rise of current up to 3000A/us with the reverse voltage up to 6500V and pulse pick current up to 300kA. High-power pulse diodes are semiconductor devices that can emit high-power laser pulses in a very short time. TECHSEM pulse diodes can offer the reverse voltage up to 8500V and pulse pick current up to 100kA. RSD (reversely switching dynistors) combines the voltage resistance advantage of a thyristor with the switching speed of a transistor, and can achieve microsecond-level precision switching. TECHSEM RSDs provide not only high reverse voltage (up to 3000V) and very high peak current (up to 250kA), but also  very high di/dt (up to 60kA/us) and dv/dt (up to 1kV/us).
